Deposits

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no circumstance in which a refund may be issued. The deposit does go towards the final cost of the tattoo, and is carried over until the last session if it is a multi-session project. You can still use your deposit if you reschedule within 48 hours.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment is must be done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel the day of your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be required to pay in full for the day you missed before you can book another appointment. You can reschedule once with your deposit, if two reschedules in a row occur a new deposit will be required.

Design Changes

Designs are only shown the day of the appointment, outline only. Time is allotted for minor changes to be made. Any major changes (such as placement, drastic size difference, or a complete design change) must be discussed at least 48 hours in advanced or the deposit will be forfeited, as changes like these can equally affect scheduling.
